Wyatt Legal Services, PLLC.
Firm History
This law firm is the distillation of 27 years of law practice of its senior member, Attorney Donald Wyatt. Don
first moved to Texas in 2003 after over 20 years of practice in New Hampshire. Even while in law school, Don took a
particular interest in the rights of the poor and seniors. Don took elective courses in all aspects of Federal Tax,
Bankruptcy and Commercial Organizations. His committment to serving insolvent individuals first found expression
as a volunteer for the NH Pro Bono project in its infancy, he has had a life long committment to serving people whose circumstances
involve too few resources. Don's early litigation experience focused his interest in Federal Courts and Bankruptcy and
he grew a practice in handling bankruptcy related matters. However, Don's practice was located in a Town
known for its beautiful scenary and tax free environment, so Estate Planning and Elder Law was in constant demand. This
eventually grew into a keen interest in the rights of Seniors and their families. Having moved to Texas in 2003, Don
was able to team up with a group of local professionals and develop a network of resources to address these particular areas.
Associate Attorney Stephen N. Gracey joined the firm in 2008. Steve holds advanced degrees in both law and environmental
studies. Steve has ten years experince in a broad range of legal endeavors. He caught the insolvency bug in
2008 and found a practice home at Wyatt Legal Services.
Our paralegal, Shirley Stubbs, has Bachelors degrees in Geology and Business Administration and has several years of
focused experience in Bankruptcy. Shirley worked for leading Bankruptcy attorneys in The Woodlands as well as Houston
and has comprehensive hands on experience in every aspect of consummer bankruptcy case management.
